Understanding the conditioned mind of seeking short time pleasure and avoid pain. Understanding the addiction circle and healthy practices to break free from it.

We are exploring our addictions in week II and understand that we loose our connection to the Wildman – our raw masculine power – if our lives are run by addictions. What is your biggest addictions and how do you act them out?
